Austin Austin產品均通過土壤協會和COSMOS認證。它們在英國生產，僅對人體進行測試。產品本身則以有機成分製成，不含基因改造成分，從質地到氣味都是相當天然的，且具有更佳的肌膚修復作用。他們家使用的包裝都是可回收，瓶子採用100％回收材料製成，盒子則來自FSC認證的永續經營森林。
